Check Out Tony Dent’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Dent.

Hi Tony, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Thank you for the opportunity to discuss CBD American Shaman Vinings. It all began by visiting a different CBD American Shaman franchise. What happened after was a desire to help people seek natural alternatives for healing their body. CBD American Shaman seemed like a natural fit. In 2020 the doors were opened and we have been serving the area ever since!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
While starting and operating my CBD Store since 2020, I have encountered various challenges along the way. However, despite the hurdles, I am proud to say that we are still growing. Here’s an overview of the challenges we faced and the strategies we implemented to overcome them:

1. Education and Awareness: Even in 2023, many consumers are still unfamiliar with CBD and its potential benefits. To overcome this, I focused on providing educational resources, hosting informational events, and training our staff on to be knowledgeable about CBD and its uses.

2. Regulatory Landscape: The CBD industry operates within a complex regulatory environment. We have invested time and resources into staying in compliance.

3. Marketing Restrictions: Traditional advertising channels & some digital platforms have limitations on CBD products. We have had to be creative in our marketing strategies.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
As a store owner, I am responsible for business planning, product selection and procurement, store operations, compliance matters, customer service, and marketing. At CBD American Shaman Vinings, we are most known for our customer service. We are warm and inviting while assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions and addressing any inquiries.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice for those starting out is to get rid of what you want. Listen to others. Melt your ego. Give the customer what they want.
