Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Lena Clark.
Dr. Lena, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Dr. Lena G. Clark. I am a certified mental health coach, a global ambassador chaplain, a certified mental health first aider, an author, an inspirational speaker, an entrepreneur, a humanitarian, a philanthropist, a community leader, a philosopher, and a designer. I am the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Miracle Mind Global Network & Associates, Inc., the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Miracle Mind Global, LLC, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IMBUE Water, LLC, and the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of My Mind Multivitamins, LLC. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Miracle Mind Global Network & Associates Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Miracle Mind Global, LLC, my ultimate goal is to perform to the very best of my ability. My sole purpose is to serve and inspire others.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry, I have one simple mission to build a global mental wealth empire by coaching and empowering individuals who have made a decision to change their mindset. Our Mental Wealth programs deliver both personal and professional results, and I am truly passionate about helping others become the best possible versions of themselves through education, resource sharing, and building a community of unity. My qualifications make me the perfect fit if you’re looking to overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs to transform into the person you desire to be.
As a mental health coach, our services are highly inspiring. I am on a mission to reunite, reposition, and rebuild individuals who want to transform their lives for better quality.
“After losing my husband to suicide, my challenge has been to take individuals on my journey of love, frustration, pain, and the infinite love of God as I share my story and go on a mission to remove the stigma associated with mental health. Due to the social stigma, I’m here to remind individuals that mental health is real, and help must come quickly if we are to save those who have nowhere to turn because of the taboo of mental health. Mental health is a disease that does not discriminate; it just needs to be understood. “Turning mental health into mental wealth!” My mission is to accelerate the development of a better mental health care system; it’s not just the development of a better mental health care system but a mental wealth system. I want to create the best teams and professionals around the world, with a passion for mental health and a desire to collaborate, who have the biggest ideas and unique solutions to this rising epidemic,”
As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IMBUE Water, LLC, and My Mind Multivitamins, LLC, I am also an entrepreneur and on a mission to educate and supply my brand of IMBUE Alkaline Water and My Mind Multivitamins which can be found and purchased online and in a few grocery stores, including Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Rivly, A Little Slice of Heaven Bakery, Pedi & Mane Salon and Spa. Soon to be in other stores.
“Miracle Mind Global and IMBUE Water believe that when we drink clean water daily, the brain is hydrated, which positively increases our thought patterns. It believes that multivitamins play a crucial role in mental health too. Dietary nutrients are important for brain structure and function, and improving nutritional intake can help reduce the risk or slow the progression of certain disorders such as anxiety and depression.”
Our youth is the future. Young women need female role models to inspire success. Due to my outstanding personal and professional accomplishments, I have become a great role model for young women. My quotes are a source of inspiration for young women around the world.
“For the future generation, continue educating yourself, focus on your academics, find learning opportunities, and don’t believe negative thoughts and beliefs. Remain steadfast and don’t follow the crowd or the culture; instead, inspire others to follow you and be a role model to your society, classmates, and colleagues. Keep motivating yourself; try as many ways as necessary and come up with the best version of yourself. Don’t be disappointed when none of them work or when the door has been closed. You are not the only one who suffers or has been told no; sometimes No is good. There are many more people who suffer even more than you, but do not quit! Sometimes you have to make your grind even harder. Never allow your obstacles to hold you back. Don’t ever lose hope; be smart and patient, and remember that nothing or no one can stop you from achieving your dreams. Always stay focused and turn your negative thoughts into positive ones. Remember, you are unique in your own way, and you were created with a purpose!”
I am also a role model for women of all ages. I was told in college that I was the epitome of what a true woman represents, inside and outside. I’m often told that my wonderful spirit draws people from near and far. Due to my unique accomplishments, I have become one of the world’s most inspiring mental health coaches.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
What was your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory was watching my parents play an important role within the community. My parents were philanthropists and leaders within our community and they always instilled in me the value of helping others who are less fortunate. As we rise, we are to send the elevator back down so others can come up!
