Daily Inspiration: Meet Alicia Washington

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alicia Washington.

Alicia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started this business in 2014. I have been working in the healthcare field over 20 years. I wanted to go out and help people that wanted to learn the fundamentals of CPR. In this day and age, CPR is needed every second every minute of the day. I, also mentor students and adults to guide and help them achieve their goals and make sure they are on the right path of life. I am also a business consultant. I, help individuals start up their business, reform, and improve their business by providing different business solutions. I also manage my potential client’s business(es) when it is low on resources, ideas to perform adequately in-house. I also communicate with the potential clients, when it is needed and understand their needs and wants for their business.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been smooth. I started out on this venture while I was in college plus working a full-time job. l. It was rough trying to set up my business, marketing, and getting the word out that I am a CPR Instructor Trainer while raising two children. I kept pushing and working hard to make my business successful.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a CPR Instructor Trainer, Business Consultant, Wedding Officiant, Motivational Speaker, and Mentor. I want everyone to reach their goals and have the guidance to reach them.

What makes you happy?
My children, my fiancé, my family. They are my motivators!
