Exploring Life & Business with Nykeria Albritton of SlaughterShots

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nykeria Albritton.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
So, I just want to say all the things I’m perfecting now started as a kid. Growing up I Craved success so much that it was no way around it and I had plans already set out for my career fields. I’ve been doing YouTube since I was in 9th grade and honestly, I look at it as fun and not just for the money. I always loved editing I’ve been editing since my elementary years just playing around with photos. It was something that stuck with me and made me want to go deeper with other things. Such as my photography business you all may know as “SlaughterShots/ SShots”. Which all play a field in one.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Defiantly not life is super hard, and I have had times where I wanted to give up. but what stops that is my siblings honestly, I’m the oldest of three and I don’t want to see them experiencing a downfall from their older sister and thinking that’s okay so I do all I can to be a great role model for them and the youth truly. because if we’re being honest that’s where it all starts with your inner child, they don’t understand that now but later it will all make sense.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about SlaughterShots?
SlaughterShots is a photography/filming business I started in 2022 all within one risk. SlaughterShots taught me as an owner basically don’t keep holding things off do it now, your time is now don’t worry about the future conflicts everything that’s meant is already on its way. “Slaughter” came from my main account page that everyone can access me on, on Instagram as “@slaughterprincess” and a lot of people always called me slaughter back in high school and my family as well. So I came up with the name “SlaughterShots”. Meaning I’m perfecting your shots in the photos you take.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I feel like as a business owner/entrepreneur risks are needed regardless. You can’t get anywhere scared! I took a risk by promoting, rather I get 0-1Million of likes, views or shares. someone is always watching and will see and be supportive towards you regardless. I took a risk by purchasing my camera, I used with my savings. I took a risk by spending money on my krayola hair business because new money is already making it way to me.

  • Krayola Hair : $10 per bundles, $30 3 bundle dyes , $30 natural hair, $40 wig dye
  • SSHOTS/SlaughterShots : Kids $25, Students $50,Weddings $100, Video $75, Any Event $50
