How do you grow and embrace a higher level of self-awareness?
The key factor to growth is having a fertile foundation. You must position yourself to have an open mind, grit for adventure, and the zest for curiosity. As a fertile foundation, you must be able to weed out the weeds. There are times in your life when you will need to, first, shed what no longer serves you. Secondly, you will have to learn to embrace the new opportunities and relationships. Understandit is okay to change. Your desires will take a different direction as you grow. Lastly, never stay stagnant to please others. Become self-aware of your growth, desires, and expressions of self. The more you embrace a higher level of self-awareness, the more fulfilled your life will become. Self-awareness is an honest and sacred mission that you can only go at alone. It is you, diving into you, for a better you.

Why is there so much power in saying “No”?
The power of saying “No” is honoring your worth and respecting your chosen path. When you say no, you are releasing your power to ignite better and more aligned options. You do not have to feel bad about saying no. No simply says, you are choosing something different, and you are okay with choosing something different.

How do you stop unhealthy patterns?
You stop unhealthy patterns by becoming real with yourself. It is a process. Healing is essentially living a fulfilled life. We have consumed so much unhealthy conditioning from society and from those who we have trusted. As a result, we adopt unhealthy patterns to camouflage our pain. With that said, one of the boldest moves you can make is to embrace self-healing. But you must understand, it takes a lot of courage and patience to heal the unhealthy patternsIt is for that reason, you must decide to heal, and then, be willing to do the work. You can start today by identifying what you would like to experience in your day and base your actions and interactions on your response. Go for the best version of you!
