How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Our industry is continually changing in terms of needing to be current with the hottest trends and foods. We continually challenge our chefs to be on the forefront of this movement. Media and technology has given consumers great tools and information at their fingertips so they can be “in the know” on what the latest and greatest trends are in eating.

The consumers are also more health continuous and are searching for experiences not just their next meal. Innovative styles of service, fun atmospheres, unique vessels and creative presentations of the food are an expectation. The F&B industry must embrace this movement and evolve in order to gain authentic customer loyalty in this new and constantly changing marketplace!
