Meet Adrian Provost of Level in Downtown Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrian Provost.

Adrian, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I entered the real estate industry in 2010, during the market collapse. I started as a residential REALTOR, specializing in investment properties and distressed sales. Over the next few years, I transitioned into the luxury arena and obtained the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation awarded by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I’m currently the CEO of LEVEL, an apartment investment firm, as well as an investment sales advisor with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road has been rough, but rewarding. The most difficult aspect was staying disciplined and determined during a very challenging period in real estate.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
LEVEL is a multifamily real estate investment group focused on transforming decrepit apartment buildings into ultra-contemporary millennial driven short-term, long-term, and shared-living landmarks in Greater Atlanta, Coastal Georgia, North Florida, and Central Florida. I am extremely proud of our dedication to delivering the highest quality multifamily residences throughout our markets. We’ve created a culture that millennials and progressive individuals want to be a part of.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I would always ask myself, “how can I make the world better” or “how could this be improved”. I’m still that way today.
