Meet Amos Johnson of Church for Entrepreneurs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amos Johnson.

Amos, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Since 2010 I have been working as a business coach to Christian entrepreneurs, helping them discover and implement their callings in business. I saw some succeed; others, not so much. Then in 2014, the Holy Spirit spoke to my spirit and said that the key to success is faith, not business tips and tricks.

So in June of 2014, I started the Church for Entrepreneurs to teach Christians the Word of God from an entrepreneurial perspective and to provide them with godly counsel along their entrepreneurial journeys.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been a smooth steady ride, however, I have found myself desiring the ride to move faster. However, I am learning patience. I am in this for the long haul.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are an online church that equips believers across the world to succeed at their God-given entrepreneurial calling by teaching them the Word of God from an entrepreneurial perspective and providing them with godly counsel along their entrepreneurial journey.

Holy Spirit has given us a very specific definition of an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are creators whom God has called to start businesses to make profits, found good-work organizations to serve communities, or launch ministries to equip believers.

What were you like growing up?
I was into technology growing up and loved computer programming.
