Meet Anesha Collins

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anesha Collins.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I started out shooting church events for a local Christian promotional company. Fast forward nine years later, I am an award-winning photographer and cinematography that travels the world to capture love stories and has been featured on platform such as Huffington Post, Munaluchi Bride, The Knot, BRIDES, and more.

Please tell us about your art.
I’m a photographer and cinematographer that specializes in weddings. I truly believe that people should embrace being themselves, which has a lot to do with the name of my business (Unashamed Imaging). My wedding photography and cinematography captures raw emotions mixed with candid moments. It’s polished yet natural. I focus on telling my couples love story through the genuine connection they have with each other and some other details collected from the very beginning of my relationship with them.

What do you think about conditions for artists today? Has life become easier or harder for artists in recent years? What can cities like ours do to encourage and help art and artists thrive?
A lot of people want the easy way. People are loosing out not focusing on evergreen.

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
I am on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, and YouTube) as Unashamed Imaging. My blog is the best place to stay in the loop with new and fresh content: https://www.unashamedimaging.com/theblog/category/WEDDINGS
