Meet Christian Frazier

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Frazier.

Christian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
While serving in the United State Navy, I always said that I was going to get out and get into Real Estate. I started my real estate journey back in 2002. It didn’t start out great, it was tough and everyone kept telling me to go out and get a 9-5 but I knew that it was my passion and I wanted to stick with it. Times got so hard that I once went to a car dealership and the rep told me the only way that I was going to be able to get a new car is if I won the lottery. It just set a fire in my soul to be successful no matter what, so shortly after that, I set up my vision board and went to work. Everything on my vision board came true from the money I wanted to make to dream vacations I wanted to go on.

I was featured in a few newspapers and in the Technology Solutions Guide for Realtor Magazine for using videos and technology back in 2005 when no one else is doing it. Since 2002, I have been following my other passion of working in the entertainment industry which has afforded me opportunities to meet and work with almost everyone in the business from Dave Chappelle to Meryl Streep. I double for a couple of people in the industry like Keegan Michael Key and Common. (People think that I am him as I walk around the malls or public place in Atlanta- Sometimes, I hear women screaming- LOL. Men too.)

I moved to the Atlanta area for the Real Estate Business and the Entertainment industry and what I am bringing to the table is something different and new. I am making movies about homes with drone videos, they allow prospective buyers to see the home and the entire neighborhood. Since Video is about 90% of the internet, it makes sense to do more video. 90% of buyers love looking at video online but only 14% of Realtors use video when marketing property. When I market a home, it’s going to get about 20 times more exposure and engagement than a home with just photography. I went to school for Computer Networking Engineering, so I am sort of a geek but I have used my technology background in Real Estate to have a top-notch website and I am also a Certified Social Media Specialist, so I use Facebook and Instagram to promote my brand, generate leads and promote listings here in Atlanta and around the country.

My passion for real estate is more than about just being successful in the business. I have a desire to help as many people as I can who never thought it was possible to realize the dream of homeownership. My motto has been that: “If you strive to provide the best experience and the best service, the money will come.” The passion has to be about helping people and not about money. My clients have told me that I often make them feel like they are my only client and that is extremely important to my brand and my business.

On a more personal level – I am a foodie and love eating out. I am a local guide for Google Maps and I have over 15 Million views of food photos online from various restaurants I have eaten around the country. I am started to do a video series of interviewing restaurants, business owners and local points of interest around Atlanta to give people who live outside of Atlanta a little taste of what Atlanta living is all about. When people come to Atlanta, they reach out to me for recommendations on where to go.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has been full of struggles along the way, especially starting a business over in the Atlanta Market from Florida and when the market had a downturn in 2008. I was hit really hard and lost everything. I am starting all over like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

I have a brother who is visually impaired and become blind about seven years ago and elderly mother that I have to take care of and it comes with its share of challenges but they also give me the motivation to become successful.

What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
I specialize in working with First Time Home Buyers, Investors, and Luxury Real Estate. What I am most proud of is my reputation of doing good business down through the years, the testimonials from my past clients and my track record over $100 Million sold.

I think what sets me apart from others is my knowledge of the business, my personality, and my extensive digital marketing background

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the food scene in Atlanta. It is known as the food capital of the south.
Traffic is what I like the least but I never liked traffic.
