Meet Jay Gandhi of Indaglow Productions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jay Gandhi.

Jay, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started Indaglow Productions as a freshman in college, working as a mobile DJ for college parties, at Georgia Tech. I did this throughout my 4 years there as my business grew. I took a corporate job upon graduating working as a computer engineer for the US Air Force but still continued my business. I slowly started adding more services and investing more in my business and 10 years later my business had flourished, grown and I left the corporate world in pursuit of a life of entrepreneurship.

Has it been a smooth road?
It was a rocky transition when I was working full time as a computer engineer trying to grow my business as well. I would work Monday-Friday as an engineer and on the weekends I was growing my event production business so I was working all the time and traveling all around the South East. There were a lot of sleepless nights, meeting clients and trying to brand my business all while I was working on US Air Force classified projects.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are a full-service event production company offering a variety of luxury services including custom dance floor wraps, custom lighting, AV, audio, lounge furniture, special effects and other event rentals. We have been apart of many events including corporate, weddings, social and celebrity events.

We are known in the event industry for our unique, stylish and custom one of a kind dance floors that have been featured in numerous magazines and have been nominated for many awards. Our celebrity client still swoon over them!

I am very proud of watching our company grow, succeed and excel over the last few years, but mainly since I started over 18 years ago. We are very proud of being creative, setting new trends in the event industry as well as creating magic for our clients.

Creativity, professionalism, innovation, reputation, and motivation are just a few examples of what sets us apart from our competitors. We go above and beyond for our clients as well as for our industry vendors. The feedback, rave reviews and word of mouth referrals have been phenomenal for us.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, I do feel like there are younger event production companies popping up around the city. Atlanta is a great place to grow and establish a business. There are different levels of events that require a different level of services.
