Meet Jody Gothard of Career Pro Resumes in Dunwoody

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jody Gothard.

Jody, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
A former award-winning newspaper editor, magazine feature writer and TV commercial writer from New Orleans, shortly after my move to Atlanta in 1991, I purchased one office of Career Pro Resumes, which was the nation’s oldest and largest resume writing company chain. Since then I have helped tens of thousands of clients dramatically increased their interviews rates and salaries while I received more awards as one of the country’s best writers and editors. I continue to write feature stories for newspapers and international websites and am currently working on a spiritual adventure book!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Learning how to manage a business.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Career Pro Resumes – what should we know?
I am the only award-winning writer or journalist writing Resumes in Atlanta and have clients driving from AL and TN and calling from LA and NYC. We are averaging 75%interviews much better than the 15% national average. I help people get back on their path in times of crisis and transition.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
Great teachers all the way!

Jody did a great job on fixing my resume. He was willing to work with me during my time of need. My resume looks a 100 times better since going to him. I wish I would’ve went to him sooner with my resume. If you need someone who is understanding and knowledgeable about their craft. He’s the main go to guy

Career Pro: Resume & Career Development is a total game-changer. The opportunity is a total value-added experience worth your time, energy and investment. Stop being an average go-getter and realize your total worth. The program is run by an award-winning author with the technical skill to assist you along the exhausting career path.

Believe and achieve; I totally suggest that you work with Career Pro. What you will gain is a fresh & renewed perspective of your career potential. Remember the key is to review your final product & tweak it to your liking; this ensures the final document expresses what you the professional is communicating. Push to the finish. It certainly is a pay to play reality.

Career Pro helped me reface my stale looking resume. They assisted with showcasing Career Highlights & Achievements and helped with modernizing the Design of the document. The content was primarily provided by me.

I am blown away that there is an actual article promoting Career Pro and Jody Gothard. Jody is a theif, a scam artist at best. He will have you come meet him, tell you that he only takes cash, and will follow you to the ATM to watch your withdraw. Which is smart on his part, because otherwise if he did take AMEX, VISA, etc you could at least contact the vendor and claim fraud and have them fight to get your money back on your behalf. So, after you pay him cash, he will then go over your work history with you, and what you get back for your resume is the SAME EXACT thing you had before, but with a different format. He doesn’t even change the verbiage. And when you ask for your money back, he won’t give it to you because as he says ‘as I thought, our writer has already done the work and we can’t refund you because we already gave you a huge discount off the original price’. He is a complete fraud. We’ve submitted a claim with our local police department, but after threatening phone calls, we stopped. Jody will call you from random numbers in the middle of the night, basically stalking you.

Do yourself a favor, go to Yelp, Google, Rip Off Report and look at all of his bad reviews….
