Today we’d like to introduce you to Kiyanni Williams.
Kiyanni, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Well, I guess I can say it started in Brooklyn, New York. As soon as I was able to move and speak my first words; I never stopped going!. Fast forward a little to me getting a job at 16. As soon as I could work, I did! I literally got a job the weekend of my Birthday. Being from an entertaining and diverse family, it was never a dull moment. I love to meeting people, so when I was able to work I knew it had to be where I could talk and interact with people. At sixteen I started my career in the Service and Hospitality field.
Throughout working In Cinema & Theater Films, Luxury Retail, and Hospitality. I developed my people skills and my own sense of self. My likes & dislike, strengths and passions that I have. With my drive, self-motivation and the support of my Family and Friends. I knew, and know I could achieve anything. I have a passion to build my wealth for Myself and my family, friends, future family to come. I read, listen to pod cast, and meditate to manifest and dabble in my many (however precise) interests.
Today I currently hold my Realtor License in New York State and most recently, Georgia State. Being born and raised in Brooklyn, New York was definitely a change of pace moving down South. However, I welcome it with open arms, joyously thankful that I was able to start and build the foundation for my career and skill set (Wits & Hustle). I knew I always wanted to build my home in a place that was family-friendly, I could be in nature majority of the time, have the space for my Huge family of 7 (lol) and of course, amazing weather all the time!! Atlanta, Georgia was it for me. I felt this gave me the feel of New York city, where I can continue to grow my career and start to plant my roots.
Coming up on my one year moving anniversary this month (September), I’ve joined the Keller Williams family here in Atlanta, Georgia. They have welcomed ,it is very gratifying. Shortly will come my first home purchase. I am very big on building wealth in different aspect especially in what your passionate in and I am excited to be at the point to invest in those facets.
My free time is spent if not hanging out with family and friends; I dive more into my other business venture; Whether it’s taking the time to write, cook and try new dishes, and lastly, Cultivating. I have learned that I have one hell of a green thumb when it comes to growing; my plants are thriving so this gives me great hopes for my future farming endeavors. My dreams are very big; my imagination is bigger, and my Spiritual Energy will help me in breaking through all barriers.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has not been a smooth road, however I would not change my experiences. Each has taught me in different ways about myself and I have met some amazing people throughout my interesting journey.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
I specialized in Wealth Building. I match people’s Interests, visions, desires and dreams with their perfect investment. It truly gives me joy when I can find the perfect home for my clients.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Personally, I do not work for success; let me explain; “Achievement is the knowledge that you have studied and worked hard and done the best that is in you. Success is being praised by others. That’s nice, but not as important. Always aim to achieve your own goals and forget about the praise
