Meet Nichole Elmore of 2One Life in Douglasville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nichole Elmore.

Nichole, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am the eldest of five. I grew up in a small town where food equals happiness and eating out is the only way to have fun. I have spent my life helping others. I became a fitness instructor in March 2014. I had my own weight loss journey with over 40 pounds lost. I love to inspire others to a healthier lifestyle. I absolutely love what I do, but over the years, I’ve noticed how I had many students who would start to attend my classes would disappear. Instead of letting their presence just fade away, I decided to reach out to them. I would check in on them and ask of their whereabouts. Many of them told me that they LOVED my classes but they simply couldn’t afford to continue a membership. Others expressed they were only visiting and cannot afford the gym or a personal trainer. I thought about this and decided I had to do something to help. As a solution to this need 2One Life, LLC was created.

Our objective is to help bridge the gap between quality fitness services and affordability. We serve our community who needs it. We create virtual fitness programs that are accessible to everyone no matter where in the world they reside and what their budgets are. Particularly the rural areas that have limited access to gyms and fitness is not readily available.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting my company had its challenges. We created virtual fitness services & programs. At that time, very few fitness companies across the US offered that. I had to get people to understand what it was we offered and the services they could benefit from. There were a long list of technical and logistical challenges we had to overcome when starting our virtual fitness program. Lots of trial and error. There were people who didn’t think this was going to work. I had to be fine with being the only one to believe in myself at times. I am thankful that my husband who is the owner of 2One Tech, LLC has been my biggest supporter during this entire process. Without him, my business would not be technically savvy as it is today.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about 2One Life – what should we know?

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My husband Darrell Elmore, the owner of 2One Tech, LLC has been my biggest supporter. He believed in my vision as much as I did. He wears so many hats from DJ to producer and handles everything tech with my business. He put in countless hours with me in order to make my Virtual Fitness business a success. I am eternally thankful for his unwavering support. I also am sending a special shout out to my fitness bae Kiandra Johnson who doesn’t hesitate to join me during a workout. She works out with me in a large number of my fitness videos. She always makes the recording process fun! I also have quite a few ride or die students who encouraged me, pushed me and continue to support my business today. They are too many to count but to address them all, I want to say thanks for your support!
