Meet Pat Nunnally of Consolidated Copier Services in McDonough

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pat Nunnally.

Pat – please share the CCS story with us.

I founded CCS after beginning of my career with a large copier corporation, finding that I wanted to offer better service than corporate bureaucracy would allow. Since then, we have stayed large enough to serve but small enough to know our customers. Customers have free access to me and all of the senior management whenever desired. We also treat our employees exactly the same way we want them to treat our customers, creating an atmosphere of honesty, encouragement, good relationships, and fair business. Our employees are held to a high standard of professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and continuous education, and we are proud of their accomplishments.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s because of our customers and employees that we have had a relatively smooth road. Our staff is extremely loyal to the company and extremely caring of the customers. CCS would not be as successful as it is today without these two integral parties of the business.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Consolidated Copier Services – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
CCS specializes in renting, leasing and selling of business solutions. This includes desktop printers, copiers, production and wide format machines. With every machine, we offer a maintenance agreement. With this agreement comes all toner, parts and labor. Our service technicians are highly certified and trained to meet every need. Konica Minolta has awarded our technicians with the Pro-Tech Award eight times! The award is a testament to our quick response time, trained technicians and satisfaction guarantee.

We hold ourselves to a high standard. In fact, we have made a pledge to each and every customer we serve.

1. We will always tell the truth no matter what the issue.
2. We will keep our commitments and guarantees.
3. We will strive to always provide the best customers service in our industry.
4. We will provide friendly and prompt service.
5. We will operate with integrity and respect.
6. Our employees will be well trained in the skills and knowledge of the services we provide.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
We love the diversity of this city. We truly enjoy working with so many different types of companies and people.
