Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabah.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Sabah. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have previous experience working with international students in higher education, and I found that their needs were not adequately met through a highly structured delivery process. I began to think outside of the box and deviated from the structure to provide additional services that were required. Subsequently, I moved into another phase of my academic career and, during that time, I began to consider a holistic business enterprise. My mission was to provide individualized, customizable educational and career services for foreign nationals who wish to study here in the United States. Once the idea was born, I began to establish the legal and structural foundation for the business. Then, I set about building the infrastructure (e.g., business plan, staff, policies and procedures, and website). Currently, Sabah’s Global Enterprise has a global footprint that is growing larger and has touched many nations including: Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, China, South Africa, India, and Anguilla. Our staff and consultants reflect the diversity of our global reach as they are from various nations and collectively speak many languages. My vision was and still is to bridge nations worldwide through our work.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has certainly not been as smooth as I had imagined. One of the main challenges has been obtaining startup capital. It has been extremely difficult to attract funders and/or investors who are willing to “buy in” to our vision. Even though, our rigorous market analysis shows that this is a viable enterprise. An additional challenge has been the structural barriers that affect minority and women-owned businesses.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Sabah’s Global Enterprise – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
The thing I like best about Atlanta is that it is the international hub of the southeastern region of the United States. Not only does it have an international airport and 18 sister cities around the world, but its population is also compromised of many ethnic and cultural groups. Regarding my dislikes, I am not fond of the Atlanta traffic at all.
