Meet Trailblazer Stefanie Diaz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefanie Diaz.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
With over a decade of experience providing marketing strategy to companies spanning pre-launch to over $100 million in annual revenue, my insights have been sought out by startups, serial entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists.

Today, my passion is working with emerging female founders and leaders as they claim their unique voice in the business world.

Inspired to deliver an Ellen meets Oprah concept for entrepreneurial women, I launched W.O.E. {Women Only Entrepreneurs} on April 25th, 2017 at The Wimbish House in Midtown Atlanta. With glowing reception, what began as an event quickly evolved into the powerful WOE tribe that exists today.

Prior to W.O.E., I spent two and a half years sharing my insights and compelling stories from Atlanta entrepreneurs as Host of the Mastermind Your Launch Podcast which generated over 130,000 unique listeners per episode and created more than 100 shows.

Recently named an Atlanta Startup Wonder Woman by Hypepotamus, my impact on the Atlanta entrepreneurial community goes beyond W.O.E. and the personal brand strategy work I do with my clients. I am a Community Organizer for 1 Million Cups Atlanta, Board Member for TAG’s Diversity and Inclusion Society, and a 3-time mentor at Techsquare Labs’ Atlanta Startup Battle.

Has it been a smooth road?
Business is personal. Who you are being will 100% impact the results you are seeing in your work.

The woman I am today is very different than the woman I was just a few years ago. I attribute my evolution to the decision to launch my own business, the series of events that unfolded as a result, and who I chose to be in the most pivotal moments that arose.

I often say, “While I was building it, it built me.”

I have been on a dive through deep, dark waters where I uncovered the most beautiful treasures. As I sit here today, I can feel so deeply the transformation that has my heart, mind, and a world of opportunities more open and full than ever before. These and so many treasures I would never have found if I hadn’t first had the courage to leave the surface behind.

Maybe, you’re well into your entrepreneurial journey, but you’re navigating some challenging moments. Or perhaps entrepreneurship is a goal on the future horizon. Either way, intuition, resilience, and embracing evolution are your keys to become an unstoppable force for life-changing waves.

We’d love to hear more about WOE Women Only Entrepreneurs.
WOE Women Only Entrepreneurs is galvanizing unstoppable women through events, content and community focused on the art of building yourself while you’re building your business. All of this occurs within a collaborative tribe that embraces resilience and diversity.

WOE meets on the second Tuesday of each month and is most known for its quarterly Main Event which we lovingly describe as Ellen meets Oprah for female founders. What makes WOE different is the energy and inclusive spirit. Our programs offer inspiring interviews, dance parties, affirmations, and even a champagne toast.

Society likes to tell us, women, that we are in competition with each other, but I have no clue what they’re talking about. We love each other. We cheer each other on. We celebrate each other’s success. We offer a shoulder to cry on and our shoulders to stand on.
Anything less is coming from a woman who simply has lost connection with her truth. There’s a badass soul sister within each of us. When we unlearn the perfectionism and competition that we were raised with, we can embrace the unity that has been there all along.
Be seen and celebrated among this soulful and ambitious tribe of female founders on Tuesday, November 13th. Visit for all of the details and to grab your ticket.

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
Of course, I’ll share my own podcast, Mastermind Your Launch, which I love because it highlights local Atlanta startups at various stages of their journey. It’s amazing to hear about the uber-successful, but sometimes hearing from someone just a few steps ahead gives you so much more confidence.

Outside of that, my favorite books and podcasts come more from personal development and spiritual leaders than business icons. Danielle LaPorte, Brene Brown, and Yung Pueblo are some of my go-to thought-leaders at this moment.
