Meet Becky Arrington of Arrington & Associates in Roswell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Becky Arrington.

Becky Arrington is a former corporate Vice President in retail design and sales with over three decades of leadership and consulting experience along with teaching and facilitation expertise. In 2010 with the economic downturn, she lost her corporate job. Currently she is a Success Strategist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Her highly developed intuitive and visionary insight as a psychic channel enables her to help people look deeper to see the blockages at work within their business or personal lives. Her transformation strategies differ from other standard training and mindset technologies and coaching because it co-mingles the clients’ “untapped” wisdom with a new success model. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, the alchemical techniques she uses, allows clients to clear massive amounts of blocks either from childhood, prior experiences or past lives in a very short period of time and the results are sustainable.

Her Soulful Selling Solutions program assists transformational entrepreneurs get clear in their business by addressing mindset, methodology and messaging. The program has a spiritual basis that combines the new 5th Dimensional energies with the 3rd Dimensional business realities and begins with a process called Table Talk to determine the potential internal saboteurs that may be blocking their business. Pathways to Perfect Partnership is a program for couples or individuals to help them clear all issues surrounding relationships. The work begins with each person working individually to become the best mate they can be through clearing past relationships and potential messages from parents or family. Once both partners have worked individually they can begin to implement these new behaviors and beliefs in their relationships.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Redefining yourself at an older age has been the biggest challenge. This has been a complete career change, and it began when I realized I had to do business in a kinder, gentler way. It took me about four years to settle on a new career, take the training and get started.

Biggest challenge, doing it all. I was used to having marketing people, financial people, sales people….people who did all the business and I could make the decision. I am now the sole person and keeping all the balls in the air can be a challenge. There are days when I am deeply entrenched with a client, yet I know I need to be doing marketing copy as well, so keeping it all balanced is at times difficult.

Arrington & Associates – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I specialize in helping people stop sabotaging and start succeeding whether it is in relationships, career, past traumas or even past lives.

I am most proud of the work that I do and how people are able to clear blocks keeping them from success. The majority of one’s actions are based on events that happen in the past. My work is incredible in helping target the issues and clear them.

My psychic abilities help set me apart from other practitioners. It gives me the ability to understand the root causes of people’s issues and helps them clear. It cuts the time to achieve success since we are able to target what is going on.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success in this business based on the client feedback who have found happiness in their lives; overcoming trauma, past issues from childhood, failures in business, dysfunctional families or relationships.

When I receive referrals from people that lets me know that I have helped others and it made a difference. A referral is a high marker.

Being asked to write articles or speak to groups is another marker that tells me I have something important to share and others see that.

Financial success is important, but in doing this work, the other markers are much more important to me than the money. In corporate that was a much higher priority.
