Meet Felix Morton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Felix Morton.

Felix, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I always had a love for music from a very young age, but I didn’t started taking music seriously until around the age of 15. At this time I began producing music & writing music for myself and a few upcoming artists around the area I grew up in. I received my first music industry album placement at the age of 24. Not only was this my first placement in the music industry but this was also my first time being apart of an album that sold over 1 million copies, thus granting me the opportunity of receiving a multi-platinum writing plaque 💿 ! I am now 26 years old. An 11-year span of hard work, setbacks, distractions, consistency, and most of all pure love for the music got me to where I am today.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
😂😂 Was it smooth? Heck no!! The biggest challenge I faced was myself. The days where I felt lazy, played, or just tired of it all I would have to find a way to literally get rid of those feelings and bring some newer, more positive feelings to the forefront. I would literally just sit back and remind myself of the reasons why I started making music in the first place. Sometimes I forget that my dreams are way bigger than me.

What else should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from others?
I am a musician. I specialize in empathy. I am known for many many things. I don’t think anything sets me apart from others. I think we are all one.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
To me, success is when you have the ability to notice the “little things” in life at all times. We tend to get caught up in the chase for money, fame, and power that we don’t even realize how amazing it is to hear a bird chirp or to listen to the breeze. Success is definitely within. You appreciate life differently when you’re truly successful.
