Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Moth.

Andrew, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I have been the General Manager of The Avenue since July of 2016. I am currently 26 years old but began working in the shopping center industry shortly after graduating college. Performing roles in mall advertising, marketing and sponsorships until eventually landing a position as the General Manager at the Avenue Peachtree City.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Avenue Peachtree City – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The Avenue Peachtree City is an outdoor lifestyle shopping center and POAG shopping centers is the management company. Along with former business partner Terry McEwen, Dan POAG coined the term “Lifestyle Center” to describe what is now the most in-demand retail real estate design. The Avenue Peachtree City is a 197,000-sq retail and office complex with 46 retailers, home to the Convention and Visitors Bureau and has 5 office spaces available for lease. Built in 2001, The Avenue has stood the test of time in Peachtree City and is thriving. Peachtree City is home to an amazing network of over 90 miles of golf cart paths and nearly 10,000 resident registered golf carts. The Avenue supplies charging stations and designated parking for these carts POAG shopping centers offers amazing opportunities for all of their employees.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
The Avenue Peachtree City is always looking for innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience. Exciting things are on the horizon for this property.
