Julian Smart-Rimple resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is a global ambassador for youth empowerment and education. Since 2006, Julian has been dedicated to leadership development, public service, and community engagement. He strives to align himself to personal coaching, professional speaking and training opportunities with companies, organizations, and individuals positioned for upward growth. As the President and Founder of Smart Jewelz Enterprises, he continues marketing his coaching, speaking and training skills across the U.S.A. and abroad.

Since 2019, Smart Jewelz Enterprises focuses on keynote addresses, corporate trainings, and personal development courses by serving in high schools, colleges and companies throughout the U.S. The company envisions delivering educational and uplifting speeches and trainings to youth and adult audiences on an international platform. By recently traveling to Liberia, Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago for missionary and community development work, Smart Jewelz Enterprises is making great strides to deliver international missionary preparatory courses and workshops while making a global impact in a number of countries. The mantra “we create, you shine” fits into the mission statement of “create opportunities for clients to shine brightly through discovering and using their unique gifts.

Has it been a smooth road?
No, absolutely not! The main struggles that I have had to overcome is juggling a 9-5 job and trying to start and run a business part-time. It takes ongoing trial and error and being diligent at setting aside daily time frames to work on my business. Also, not getting burned out by doing too many things at once versus outsourcing or asking for assistance, is an ongoing transition. As a business owner and creative, it takes patience, discipline, foresight, and team development to make your vision or dreams become a reality.

Smart Jewelz Enterprises is a training and learning program that provides individuals the opportunity to find and develop their talents while creating a career and/or business out of their gifts. We specialize in offering millennial entrepreneurs and professionals coaching, training and online courses in professional and personal development, What sets us apart is the diversity of training and coaching programs that we offer that range from Financial Peace University to CPR & AED Trainings, to Speaking, Leadership and Personal Branding courses. We also host an online e-learning platform called Smart Jewelz Institute where clients get to be taught by a diverse selection of entrepreneurs and young professionals on their passion sectors.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, Atlanta is a flourishing ground for tech start-ups and blossoming businesses, especially with minority women. This is a great place to test the market of your industry while being around a variety of successful and up-and-coming creatives that are all in the same place. The city can improve on having more marketing for start-up grants and programs, especially ones that are offered to minorities specifically. Investment and mastermind groups are always another area for millennial entrepreneurs that is heavily needed in the metropolitan area.
