Marcus, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Residential (single-family) renovator with over 17 fix and flips completed. Graduated from University of Georgia in 2012 with bachelors in marketing. Is now focusing on passive income/multiple streams of income with social media marketing company 3M Marketing and Acquisitions which specializes in lead generation, branding and targeted ads for real estate professionals. Also focused on working with nonprofit organizations committed to help strengthen our community.

Has it been a smooth road?
Definitely not. After a fallout with my business partner last year, I had to restart everything on my own.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I specialize in social media marketing. What makes me different than other companies is I use these same practices on my own business. People know me because I love to network and meet people all the time. I try to be the life of the party.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Atlanta has had so much growth over the last ten years and multiple self-made entrepreneurs are establishing themselves here and are using companies such as mine to grow their business.
