The love of the beauty industry has always come naturally to me. I always was into my own makeup and hair and I couldn’t be seen without my lashes on!! So after working call center after call center, working long hours for someone else and even getting in trouble looking for everything fast! One day, I decided I wanted more for myself and family and I decide to go to Cosmetology school to learn the ins and out of the beauty industry! And honestly, when I decide to attend hair school, hair wasn’t even on my mind! I wanted to learn more about makeup. But I surprisingly fell in love with hair!!! In Cosmetology school is where I found my lane and that was Makeup and Natural hair care. I loved my teachers at Empire beauty school, they invested so much time into me and my craft! My school is the reason I ended up at Huetiful salon, my instructor recommended me for a position as a senior stylist! I interviewed for the position and got the job and the rest has been history!
Has it been a smooth road?
Life itself hasn’t always been easy for me! In and out of trouble trying to find my way! Fear of not being successful and not letting myself down!
