Meet CEO Rashad Grandberry of Elite Credit Restorations and Million Dollar Mindset Promotions and Clear Vision Marketing Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to CEO Rashad Grandberry.

Thanks for sharing your story with us CEO Rashad. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I began my journey as an entrepreneur when I was in the tenth grade and my father gave me a $10,000 investment. This is when I started my first business called, ‘The Backpack,’ which was a sneaker boutique where I sold sneakers online through Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc. From there, came an explosion of different ideas and business ventures that I wanted to experience.

Fast forward to when I was in the eleventh grade, and I used my profits from my sneaker boutique to fund my next business called ‘Cargado’. This was an energy drink product that I sold which gained me celebrity endorsements from big names such as 50 Cent and Rick Ross.

Next came my biggest achievement thus far, which was receiving the Rice Award. To be so young and be recognized and acknowledged for all of my hard work was an amazing feeling. I was able to put myself in a position to earn a six-figure income before I graduated high school.

After graduating from high school, I ventured into the music and entertainment industry. I signed artists to major record labels such as Sony, Interscope, Warner Bros, and Atlantic Records. However, I eventually realized that this path was not the path for me. So, it is now 2017, and I started to gain interest in stocks and trading. Eventually, I learned how to trade through Forex. Eventually, I began to dominate the stock community. Furthermore, I took my skills one step further and began to teach others about Forex and trading,

I think a major key to being successful is to have multiple streams of income, so I love to make multiple business investments. I invested my money into different properties and began listing these properties on Airbnb. In 2018, I began teaching AirBnB courses and was able to enroll 620 students into my course. I have also invested in Shopify and learned how to scale my stories to make me over six figures.

In addition to everything else, I also am skilled in credit repair. I am currently in the process of launching my newest business, Elite Credit Restorations where I offer full credit sweeps for clients. While this business is still in the works, I am also focusing on community service.

I recently held a book bag giveaway for the kids in Atlanta. I gave away book bags, school supplies, toys and had games and activities, as well as free food as well. This was the first of many events that I will be holding this year, Being able to help others and change other people’s lives makes all my hard work worth it. To know that there are kids that look up to me and are inspired by me makes me want to go even harder.

Being able to be just 22 years old and having the luxury of traveling when I want and being my own boss is the greatest feeling. Of course, there are days when my plate is full and I feel like giving up, but I never do and I never will.

Has it been a smooth road?
Of course not! Becoming successful is not meant to be easy. If it was easy everybody in the world would be a billionaire. You have to maintain a certain mindset to be able to reach success. You have to be strong-minded in order to overcome the trials and tribulations along the way, the hardest struggle I have faced on my journey was getting people to believe in me, while also learning how to acquire the confidence to believe in myself too.

I had to overcome my fear of failure and accept the fact that failure is part of the process. Even though I have started many businesses, that does not mean they were all successful. Sometimes, your ideas will flop, but thats okay. It is okay to start over and go back to the drawing board. It is okay to revamp or re-brand your business or start a completely new business if you feel like you lost your passion for one thing and want to try something new. It is okay to fail, it is okay to fall down just as long as you get back up! Never give up, keep pushing yourself every single day. Always keep your goals in mind and stop at nothing to achieve them.

As long as you never forget your purpose or your goals, then the bumps in the road along the way will be just that, speed bumps, which you will soon get over one day. Remain consistent and never give up and you will never fail.

I set myself apart from other credit repair companies because I am very open and honest with my clients. Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Atlanta is the best place for businesses like mine, or any business at that. Especially for young entrepreneurs. There are so many teenagers and people in their 20’s who are becoming millionaires in Atlanta. This city is filled with endless opportunities. You just can’t sit and wait for an opportunity to approach you, you have to make opportunities for yourself. It may seem like many of the markets are saturated, which can be discouraging, but you have to have that winner’s mentality. You have to be confident that even though someone may do the same thing as you, they don’t do it like YOU. You have to stand out, you have to be different. Atlanta is not a city for the weak, especially not when it comes to entrepreneurship.
