Today we’d like to introduce you to Robin Moulder.

Robin, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Computing Solutions now specializes in Web Design and internet Marketing but we began in 2010 as a computer repair business for consumers. This quickly grew into helping small business computer needs, networking, and VoIP. We found that many of our clients were struggling with their websites and online marketing. They started asking us for help because of the relationship, service and trust we had gained with them throughout the years. After several months of training with Google, Bing and several other vendors, we started offering Website Design, Hosting and Online Marketing Solutions to many our small business clients. Today, we focus primarily on helping small local business get more sales via their Website, Search Engine Optimization and PPC Marketing.

Has it been a smooth road?
Starting a new business can be a difficult and time consuming process. Many hours are spent behind the scenes researching and learning new skills as technology and algorithms change. Thankfully, I have incredible support from my family. They understand that we are building a business that truly cares about our clients and their success.

The service we provide our clients is structured differently than any other agency that I have found. Developing a business plan and pricing structure that benefits our clients and us has been the most difficult hurdle thus far. Having accomplished this, we sleep better knowing that we offer what is best for our clients and for our company to grow.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Computing Solutions – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Computing Solutions listens to our customers. We develop a plan of actionable steps with the company and walk through each of these steps with them. This plan is based upon where they are now and where they want to be. Not all companies need a new website but need help using and marketing the website they already have. Some companies are looking to expand into new areas, some are just starting out and have no idea where to start.

Generally, for a brand-new company, we help them by designing their logo, creating their website, hosting it and implement tracking capabilities. The next steps are where we are different.

We help them by setting up their Google My Business, Analytics, Adwords, Bing, Facebook and any other accounts they are interested in. The client has complete control and access to all of these accounts! It is theirs, whether they decide to continue to use our service as an agency is completely up to them. We have meetings with them to show where their online traffic and calls are coming from and where they are spending their marketing budget. We review with them what we believe would be beneficial to their company and listen to their responses on areas they need help with. We truly believe that the success of Computing Solutions fully relies on our clients achieving success in their business by using our services.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the diversity and attractions Atlanta has to offer. Technology training in Atlanta has played a major part in the success of our business. I’m not particularly fond of its traffic.
