Today we’d like to introduce you to Two Lewis.
Two, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Xavier Lewis, affectionately known as Two Lewis, I was born in Atlanta (Grady Baby) and shortly after relocated with my family to Glenwood Rd in Decatur, Georgia. My uncle is legendary singer & songwriter writer Titus Turner and my 1st cousin is the notable songwriter Sean Garrett. By the time I got to high school, I was known as a popular skater, dancer & athlete. Which made my hobby of throwing parties easier. Being such a popular kid, me & my friends started a company called MPG. MPG gained the attention of a few people in the industry that eventually connected me with Eddie “Skeeter Rock” Weathers who was the head of A&R at SoSoDef and Chadron “Nitti Beatz” Moore who was the CEO of Playmaker Music. Both industry professionals took me under their wing. I’ve honestly never wanted to be apart of the music industry. I actually left the industry after a short stint & on my break to becoming a Music Executive, I have explored many different career paths from clothing designer, sales, medicine, to being a chef, a teacher, a coach and almost being a part of the Olympics before a devasting injury that ended that portion of my career. “Trust the Process,” I always say when reflecting on my journey, “because if you take small steps every day toward the goals you have at hand, then you will be able to accomplish everything you want.” My relentless pursuit to make my goals a reality led me to meet and work with some of the entertainment industry’s top professionals such as Omari Hardwick, Remy Ma, Dionne Warwick, Big Daddy Kane, Jermaine Dupri, Manuel Seal & more.
In 2017, I moved to NY to become the COO at The Vinyl Crown Collective. I ran a premier studio & office space in midtown Manhattan. Where me & my team worked with artists such as Christian Combs, Waka Flaka, Dave East, Rich The Kid, Smoke Purpp and H.E.R. Who’s album won a Grammy.
After the success of being a COO, I decided to start the Owner’s District Management Company. My strategic mission is to place the right products & services in front of the right people at the right times while driving up fan engagement and revenue. I have gained more than 15 years of business development, marketing, and strategy experience. Someone once asked me how would I describe myself if someone posed the question, “Who are you? “I look at life as a cup and I just want to pour into everyone. Once their cups begin to overflow, the excess will fill my cup. I am a helper of people.” I’ve been monetarily impecunious my entire life but I have been rich In knowledge & experience. Which has made my value to everything I’ve been apart of affluent.
Has it been a smooth road?
I would say life is based on evolution and every moment has been preordained. So, I don’t think it’s been difficult or smooth I think it’s been all put together to prepare me for the next step.
Some of the biggest challenges I’ve had to get through was learning that all friends aren’t good for business. Learning how to separate the two is key. Also, learning how to place value in my self & services because if I could I would help the world for free. I had to make logical decisions to make sure I have enough to run the business & make sure my employees are taken care of while also making sure I grow enough to be stable so I can eventually reach my main goal of becoming the best husband & father this world has seen.
What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of? What sets you apart from others?

Owner’s District specializes in project management. While On Track Georgia specializes in helping the youth develop into young adults.
Owner’s District is so grateful for Omari Hardwick pushing us to start this company & being our first client. He was able to see the vision & gifts that sets us apart from other Management companies.
I am most proud of Track Georgia for maintaining and helping all of the kids who came through the program get into College.
Within both companies, the thing that sets us apart is our dedication to every person apart of the company from the parents, kids, & clients we provide a family atmosphere and we care about the individuals inside of the business & outside.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Atlanta is a great place to have a company. Both of my businesses thrive in Atlanta. My non-profit was actually started strictly to help the inner-city youth get on track in Life hence the Name ON TRACK GEORGIA. I honestly tried to start my program in Decatur/Dekalb County. That’s where I went to school. I Grew up on Glenwood Rd. Then, moved to PDE in East Atlanta. So, I wanted to bring a program to help kids that needed the motivation to stay on track. Growing up, I saw a lot of my friends lose out in life because they didn’t have the right motivation. Decatur didn’t accept any of my ideas. I presented them to the city of Atlanta and they saw the need to help the youth immediately. That’s how I found our Organizational Home in the City Of Atlanta. The city of Atlanta opened its doors for locations, gyms, grants & more! It’s so many resources in Atlanta. The city of Atlanta helped me find a location for our summer camp & after school program. The Atlanta school system helped me gain students for our tutoring program. Atlanta has so many small business programs and people you can find mentorship from. If you’re a new business owner, I would suggest you come to Atlanta to start your business, it’s so many opportunities.
What I like least about Atlanta is the lack of motivation a lot of people have here. Atlanta sometimes becomes so comfortable that people stop reaching for goals & dreams.
