Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Pollard.
Chris, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Born and raised in Tarboro, North Carolina. Middle boy of two girls, I had to learn independence, to care, share, and protect at a very early age. My journey started from jobs like Wendy’s to starting my own photography business in Newport News, Virginia. When I purchased my first home is when I fell in Love with Real Estate. Before being an agent, initially me and my Uncle and grandmother started a company where we flipped homes, Which is still going on today! The various different home types and clear stamps of each time period in the Atlanta area fascinates me. From bungalows built in the 1920’s to brand new custom modern homes, We are here to provide to optimum service to everyone!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I have lost it all, maybe even twice! I have been flooded out, stayed in trailer parks, trying to make a way without guidance and all. I learned from my own mistakes and definitely from others mistakes to alleviate from making those as well.

I am most proud of my exceptional level of customer service and care. I grow on to people just as much as they grow on to me. I wouldn’t want someone to buy something just so I can get paid. I want them to purchase something they would love and also that is a sound INVESTMENT.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am looking forward to expanding to grow to a 15 person team of handcrafted service-based professionals. And the ultimate goal is to build custom subdivisions!
