Today we’d like to introduce you to Julian Franco.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
The start of 2018 was rough. I found myself homeless for three months due to the lack of knowledge of excellent credit. It was after applying endlessly for a place to live, while also sleeping in my car, and battling with a company to repair my damaged credit, that I was referred to my soon to be mentor. He managed to boost my scores dramatically within a month. At this time, I was living in Los Angeles. I then asked him if he moved to Atlanta, (which is where he was located) could he mentor me into his business. He then replies, yes.
An entire month goes by as I’m preparing for this move to an unknown city. I packed the little belongings I had and shipped my car across country because I had nothing to lose in LA. I arrived in Atlanta on the 6th of March, and the next day I called my mentor and told him I was in town. He thought I was joking when I told him that I would move down. He then told me to come into the office, and that day he put me to work. He started teaching me how his company works and how I could take what he taught me and reapply it better than him.
Nine months later, I then branched off to start my own company, JF Creative MNGT LLC, and use what my mentor taught me to scale my business into what it is today.
Has it been a smooth road?
No, it has not been an easy road. Before I moved to Atlanta, I parked my car in the garage of the mall. I worked as a security. When I move to Atlanta, my uncle allowed me to stay in his guest bedroom. I drove over an hour from Loganville to Buckhead daily. My 2001 BMW constantly overheated.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the JF Creative Management story. Tell us more about the business.
I’m a Celebrity Credit Specialist. I work aggressively to remove negative accounts listed within a consumer’s credit report. I’ve removed large accounts such as bankruptcies and student loans in as little as 11 days. I’ve worked with multiple celebrities to help boost their credit scores so that they’ll be eligible to buy their homes, to the cars they drive, and to the bank funds for the businesses they operate. Although I do repair the credit of some A-list celebrities, my services extend to all who needs my help
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Over the next 5-10 years, while repairing the debt millions, I see my company expanding itself into a real estate investing firm for folks of my community to enhance their buying power.
