In 1979, the leadership at Peachtree Offices recognized there was a need in the Atlanta market to provide offices ranging in size from 100sq.ft. to 1500sq.ft. to growing businesses. Commercial office space typically begins at 1500sq.ft. which would be eight to ten offices. Most small businesses don’t need that much office space & they are trying to keep expenses down. The Peachtree Offices business model is to provide affordable & professional office space to those looking for one to eight offices. We include furniture, internet, professional lobby, receptionist to greet clients, access to conference rooms, access to business phones, access to live phone answering, utilities & janitorial. We provide office space to businesses that only need an office for an hour up to multi-year terms. Many of our clients have been with us for over ten years and have grown with us from a single office to a multi office suite. As Peachtree Offices grew to five Atlanta locations in Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown & Perimeter we also recognized a need in the market for businesses that needed other services we provide. For instance, in addition to our office space we now rent conference rooms by the hour, provide mail service, coworking space & live phone answering. Our goal is to meet the needs of growing businesses my providing the exact level of service needed. Today, we have grown to over 300 offices at five Atlanta locations. Our staff of seventeen receive high praises from our clients for their desire to provide excellent service. Peachtree Offices continues to grow & will be expanding to additional Atlanta markets soon.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The greatest challenge for Peachtree Offices has been expanding to new buildings. In order for us to provide affordable space to our clients we have to make sure we get a great deal on the space ourselves. Therefore, we are very careful when expanding to make sure it will meet all of our needs and our client’s needs. We are very selective.

Peachtree Offices specialty is traditional office space. We believe that a traditional office environment is more productive than an open space shared by multiple companies. We also understand that some businesses need a collaborative space. Therefore, we also provide team rooms to companies that want to create their own collaborative space.
