Meet Nicholas Allen of Roswell Office Suites

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicholas Allen.

Nicholas, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started in the state of New York in the residential leasing and staffing field in 2008. I moved from that Residential Leasing in 2008 to Customer Relationship Manager in 2010 to Property Manager in 2011 to District Property Manager in 2012. I then moved into consulting with a privately owned Real Estate Brokerage Agency in Manhattan NY for commercial and residential properties with occupancy inconsistency and or low consistent occupancy challenges. After having little to no experience in the commercial side, I took more of a personal touch to sales and leasing commercial suites and sites. The residential side was very competitive but with constant referrals and great client recommendations from prior clients it was very easy to transition and build an entirely new platform in my professional career. That is where my break into the commercial real estate industry took off into full throttle. My commercial skill set quickly exceeded the others due to my great attention to details and reputation of being professional, personable, understand, flexible and a perfectionist to specific directives and needs of all my clients. In 2015 I was offered the opportunity to come aboard a private management company who asked for my help in selling their commercial sites and also renting the commercial and residential properties, some in which where in New York (Financial District) and some in New Jersey (Hoboken Area). On July 1 of 2016, I was offered the opportunity to come to Atlanta Georgia to complete the same task that I had been very successful at doing in a short time for the same company. Unfortunately, I was not aware that once I had all of the office suites and sites sold that they no longer were looking to keep any rentals of any sort in the state. I decided I would like to stay and seek out employment to stay in the state of Georgia. I asked the company who I was working for at that time for a letter of recommendation and without hesitation it was granted. Shortly after, I applied and obtained an interview for my current position and I interviewed with: Operations Manager of Stein Investment Group Cliff H. He hired me on as his site property manager and has taught me so much about the company and assisted we with my transition to Georgia and also my building Roswell Office Suites. It has been nothing but sweet success since I started and Roswell Office Suites has been my home since then. I could have ended up in a lot of different places and working for a lot of different companies due to many offers being extended to me in which I am grateful for. The decision to come to Roswell Office Suites I would say was my best decision and for that I am proud of.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I call nothing a challenge it is only options and alternative no challenges and all of those things can be fixed or addressed.

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Roswell Office Suites story. Tell us more about the business.
I am currently the Building Property Manager for Roswell Office Suites. As the Commercial Property Manager, I am the go-to person who takes care of all the details required to run the building. I also oversee a number of building issues internal or external. I can and will handle any tenants request along with keeping the building fully rented and all administrative work completed and up to date. What I am most proud of with Roswell Office Suites is that we have changed and still transitioning and our numbers reflect that change is great and it has allowed us to no longer be stagnate in no one place but helping us move forward and keep up with business needs and trends of every company that we have had the pleasure of assisting to move into the building and exceed the needs and expectation of each individual tenant big or small. What sets us apart from the rest is that we don’t treat you like a tenant or a suite number. Roswell Office Suites Team treat each tenants’ business like your business is our business which makes it a family business and we will go the extra step and mile to get each business to the next level. Our rule here at Roswell Office Suites is do what needs to be done to make it great and always makes sure we are effective, accurate, consistent, reliable and most of all, flexible.
