I was inspired to create EnrichHER because I have personally interacted with hundreds of women who could not obtain the financing that they needed to start their businesses. As long as there is even a single women entrepreneur who needs business funding, I will remain inspired by this work. The EnrichHER Conference and entrepreneur showcase have already helped many women-led businesses with additional customers and thereby revenue. Based on EnrichHER attracting customers towards highlighted women-led businesses, I know that the crowdfunding platform will amplify the success of what is already in place. When the first business funded through the EnrichHER platform achieves financial success, I will certainly beam with happiness, but I will be even more determined to breathe life into other women-led businesses. In addition to my own inspiration, I believe EnrichHER will inspire women, and even young girls, to start their own businesses.
My first major financial goal was to get through college debt free. I worked as hard as possible to receive the highest grades in high school and then applied to over 200 scholarships to ensure that I reached my goal. All that hard work paid off when I was awarded over $600,000 in scholarships and fellowships to exceed the total costs for all four of my higher education degrees.
Has it been a smooth road?
Entrepreneurship has not been a smooth road. I struggled with losing my investment during a partnership. Also, I’ve had to pivot a couple times to find the best market for my services.

EnrichHER Capital is a debt crowdfunding platform created to provide funding opportunities for the vastly-underserved women-led business community. The EnrichHER business has three components: online courses, live conferences, and the debt-based crowdfunding portal.
EnrichHER University – A virtual incubator program for women-led businesses.
EnrichHER Spark – A conference that brings the top CEOs in tech, arts, civic engagement and real estate together to provide information about access to capital and resources available for women-led businesses.
EnrichHER Capital – A debt crowdfunding platform funding women-led businesses designed to endow companies with the monies that they need to move from sustainability to growth while generating an investor return.
Our vision is that opportunities and access to capital, networking and training are boundless for women entrepreneurs.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
This place is a great place for a business that focuses on helping wowen-led businesses. This is due to the fact that Atlanta is one of the top cities in the countries for women-led enterprises. The journey has been really fulfilling.
Atlanta has many resources that can assist any entrepreneur. I would recommend the entrepreneur building a community so that he or she has a support system that will help them thrive.
