Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiana Harrison.
Tiana, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
With my twin sister in tow, I was born in a small military hospital in Fort Campbell, TN. Shortly after, my family relocated to Atlanta, GA, my parents separated and my father remarried. He and my mother raised my siblings and I east of Atlanta in Lithonia, Ga. My love for community, sports, and real estate were inspired by the “Eastside’s” thriving suburbia in the 90’s throughout the early 2000’s.
After high school, I ran collegiate track and field at Tennessee State University and in 2006, I went on to receive my Bachelors from the University of Georgia where I met the love of my life, Arnold Harrison II, General Sales Manager at Nalley Lexus and former two-time Super Bowl Champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers. We currently reside in North Fulton with our two children, Audrey and Arnold III “Champ.” With a background in property management at 1010 Midtown Condominiums and 1065 Midtown-the private residences above the Loews Atlanta, I was able to gain extensive knowledge of the Atlanta home and luxury market before being licensed and transitioning to residential sales in 2014. Since that time, I’ve been blessed to work with several high profile professional athletes and agencies. In addition, service many of the communities I grew up in.
As a former collegiate athlete, I am always seeking and creating opportunities to collaborate or team-up with top industry professionals in real estate. I believe our success is predicated on significant connections, competence, resourcefulness, and the ability to discern, negotiate, and execute.
Yes, life is a balancing act, but I remain committed to God, family, and providing world class customer service to clients. Multimillion Dollar Top Producer, natural competitor, advanced negotiator are a few of my professional hats but of course, my favorites are Mommy and Arnold’s [House] wife.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road to becoming a successful entrepreneur, salesperson, and working mom has its highs and lows. Just in the first few years of being a newly licensed real estate agent, I became a wife, entered motherhood, and earned Top Producer recognition by the Atlanta Realtors Association. There were times I felt overwhelmed and discouraged. There were times I put real estate over being the best wife and mom I could be. Times, I couldn’t bare the thought of failing in my newfound career. The motto stuck, “What you put in, you get out”. I’d negotiate a deal with a phone in one hand and try consoling my crying baby with the other hand. My husband would get home in the evenings and I’d be exhausted.
Then one day, in the midst of my own private meltdown, it hit me. Something was telling me to choose, choose between my career and my family. For me, it was simple, family first, right?.. but then an intimidating thought of failure crept in and I became imperious. I didn’t want to admit the load may have been too heavy to bear and maybe I couldn’t handle this wife-mom-boss life. I’d been operating like this for a few years, somewhat semi-successful with my cute award, which meant I was on top of my game, right!? But instead of hyping myself, I decided to reassess. The pressures of work and home life were wearing on me and as much as I wanted to ignore it and keep going, I had to attack it head on. My dilemma, do I keep expanding my business or do I shrink it to fit the mold of a traditional housewife. I decided to be intentional about my family life and make my business work for me… Tackling that mental road block ignited the current infrastructure of my real estate business.
Harrison & Housewife Luxury Partners is not a one woman show. I have an amazing team and support system. With help from colleagues, I’ve pioneered real estate seminars inclusive of new agents and top producers. I work with Realtors across the country and have successfully transacted million dollar deals as an elite referral partner. And while the family remains my top priority, our amazing clients continue to receive a superior customer experience based on a relentless desire for greatness and a passion for collaboration.
We’d love to hear more about your business.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Atlanta is the perfect place for aspiring real estate agents. Studies have proven our city is amongst the fastest growing in the country. Real estate has always been known for its glitz and glam mystique and while it may seem like the profession is becoming more and more saturated, there are avenues to real estate where anyone can find their place. Opportunity abounds here and as the slogan goes, Atlanta is ‘The City Too Busy to Hate’.
