Joshua, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have observed disappointed passengers for years due to the limitations they have experienced through major airline carriers. Birthdays, anniversaries and other significant life events missed due to travel constraints. There is a gap in affordable and available air travel. I have been fortunate to be able to participate in most significant times with family and friends and I want to provide an avenue for others to have confidence that they can do the same outside of the traditional air travel options.
Upon researching, I found that there wasn’t a centralized place or hub to purchase an air charter flight directly from the business. There were a few websites that weren’t easy to find. Many air charter companies did not have a web presence at all. This limits their ability to gain customers and for the customer to find them. It showed me there was a clear need for a B2B2C Air Charter Marketplace Platform so the passenger can go directly to all of the Air Charter company’s through one portal without having to pay extra broker fees.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The website to purchase Affordable Air Charter flights is in the process of completion and should be available at the start of the summer 2020. But the application (Fly Ãnu) will be available by the start of May! The most recent significant challenge I’ve come across is marketing. The general public doesn’t think that flying private is affordable! But it is very much; you just have to go in the propeller airplane rather than the shiny very expensive jet aircraft. The majority of the time if you fly private then you will get to your destination faster than flying commercial airliners. It’s a proven fact! Also each aircraft has a safety record the same as airliners do so you don’t have to be worried about flying in smaller aircraft.

We are proud that passengers will no longer be stranded at an airport overnight or having to wait all day for a connecting flight. We are proud to help out the smaller air charter companies that don’t have the budget to advertise or market their services to the greater population. We are proud to find an affordable solution to air travel. We will be known for helping the struggling companies achieve the greatness that should allow them to grow into larger businesses.
To date, private air travel is seen for only the elite. Mostly because there is not a lot of information about what is available on the Internet, people have no idea of the affordability and flexibility that smaller aircraft can provide them. Fly Ãnu will provide education to the consumer as well as provide a platform for the hundreds of tiny air charter companies to advertise and book business.
The competitors only cater to 1% of the more significant population with high net worth and they provide to the jet market. There are more smaller aircraft operators than larger (jet) aircraft operators, which is the reason why we will win. We will represent the majority of the air charter industry. The small companies do not have the advertising and marketing budget to gain customers; therefore, the Fly Ãnu app will represent them. More business for them creates more business for the brand.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success for Fly Ãnu will be defined by the number of people we help. Help with air travel solutions, make their vacations more pleasurable, or even provide them last-minute developments. Success will also be gauged by the number of people we help within a predetermined time.
