So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have over twenty years’ Experience in Human Resource Management. I spent 25 years in the US Army.
Global Streamline Solutions is a network of available human resources, filling both clerical and professional needs, that wants to be the Company you call when you need additional staff. Our staffers are flexible and we will work at your direction. We have six recruiters and have a representative in your region.
Mission Statement: Global Streamline Solutions Mission is to provide the best in human resources to business entities both private and governmental. It is our ongoing duty to our clients to provide the best, most qualified individuals to meet their temporary or long-term needs in a cost-effective manner. With over twenty years of experience, this small, in- dependent business continues to grow and attract some of the best recruits that a staffing agency could provide. We continually strive to meet your needs.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being a small business owner and retired from the military I had high hopes of transitioning out of the military and opening up my business with receiving contracts with the government or teaming opportunities with larger corporations.
I have had to adjust my sites on concentrating on small business who need my assistance in the administrative field producing policy and procedures, training guidelines, business plans and EEOC consultation.
Please tell us about Global Streamline Solutions.
GSS is known for full cycle recruiting placement part time or full time. We have also recently added EEOC, business plans, policy and procedures, and training aides to our team.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from my childhood would have to be my mom and grandmother always pushing me to do and be more. Just watching them handle day to day things around the house instilled in me a willing spirit to do whatever it took to be success. My grandmother introduced me to Christ very early on and I do believe that is what has kept me all these years and my success is a direct reflection of who He is in me.
