Tiffany, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
The concept of money has always come easy to me, even as a child. Don’t spend more money than you earn and save as much as you can. At a young age, I was teaching people how to balance a checkbook and why it was important. This turned into a passion for me and drove my decision to obtain a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Post-graduation in 2011, I took a position as a financial analyst for a corporate company in Brunswick, GA. While in Brunswick, all around me, I could see the need for someone like me. My vision started here and it was clear: I wanted to help people become financially stable and even find financial freedom. I started just reaching out and helping people who needed my help getting out of debt and learning how to save money. After moving back to Atlanta, I made my business official and expanded my vision. I had gained so much experience in Corporate America that I wanted to expand to include helping businesses become financially stable by being an outsourced financial analyst. Stepworth financial now offer services to both individuals and business to help them become financially stable which leads to financial growth. We are continuously growing on a day to day basis but still have much work to do.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Finding the right marketing strategy to draw in the right clients is never an easy task. Making sure you are sharing relevant materials for the viewing audience that can help in their day to day lives. Starting a business wasn’t easy and we didn’t have a blueprint. It took us time to get the right formula and will still have a lot of growing to do.

Stepworth Financial, founded in 2017, is a finance company that help individuals and businesses take back their financial power. We work with our clients to create and explore comprehensive financial tools based on their needs, goals, and potential challenges. Our objective is to support and encourage our clients as they strive to achieve their goals and excel beyond expectations.
