Today we’d like to introduce you to Jason Britt.
As the community grew and metro Atlanta has pushed out; the church decided it was time for a fresh start; to rebrand; and change in order to meet the needs of a changing demographic. Under new leadership of Lead Pastor Jason Britt, the church in 2012-2013 went through a complete change. The message remained the same; Jesus is the hope of the world. The methods and strategy look vastly different than they did even 10 years ago. The church now runs on average more than 2,500 attendees every weekend.
Has it been a smooth road?
Change is never a smooth road anywhere; but especially in the local church. The change happened at an accelerated rate due to the fact that the major stakeholders/members of the church were up for doing whatever it took to reach the people in this community. Vision helped us shape the culture of the church. There was always a vocal minority; but as the fruits of our prayers are labor were evident those voices either got on board or exited.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Bethlehem Church – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Bethlehem Church is a church committed to reach and serve our community. We exist to lead people to discover new life in Christ. We work hard to mobilize our church to serve the community. Whether you agree with what we believe or not; we want the community at large to know that the community is better because the church is here. We are most proud of the fact that people feel loved, cared for, and valued. There is a spirit of authenticity and service at Bethlehem Church. We feel like our commitment to serve those outside our walls is what sets up apart from others.

I love the diversity and opportunity. I don’t like the traffic.
