Stacey, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I worked at a lice clinic for a few years, it was my first time working in this field. I discovered that there was a need for professional lice services and I wanted to help people (even if it is unconventional). I always wanted my own business, I saw an opportunity and ran with it. It took a lot of blood, sweat and tears but four years later, I am still in business and sell my own products. I just want people to know that there is always an opportunity to just be open-minded and think outside the box.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There has definitely been growing pains along the way. This was a big risk and not knowing if this business would work was a big stress. I have never owned a business previously and there is not a lot of information about owning a lice business. Plus, no one in my family or friend group has ever owned there own business so I did not have anyone to go to for advice. The struggle made me stronger, work harder and shaped me into the woman I am today.

The Louse Girl Mobile Head Lice Removal Service in a professional lice service specializing in removing head lice using all-natural products (no chemicals), providing convenience in a family-friendly atmosphere. I am proud that The Louse Girl has been in business for four years and now have our own line of products.
What sets The Louse Girl from other lice services is that we provide convenience by being mobile, so we come to the customer in an unmarked vehicle. We have extended hours, most lice clinics close by 5pm on weekdays and close on weekends but The Louse Girl are opened 8am-8pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. Also, The Louse Girl provides great customer service, providing a shoulder to cry on and a laugh here and there.
