Chad, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As the owner of a CrossFit affiliate for the last five years, I was looking to open a second location that was more inviting and less intimidating than a CrossFit box. I chose a location in my own community. I am passionate about helping people improve their health and fitness through exercise and nutrition. Over the last 18 months, we have helped others get results with customized nutrition plans and workouts scaled to the level of each member. Their consistency and commitment to improvement has been amazing!
Has it been a smooth road?
The hardest part of what we do is getting people to believe in themselves. So, we believe in them until they believe in themselves.

Trilogy Fitness and Nutrition located in Canton, Georgia is dedicated to providing our clients with the tools necessary to meet, surpass and rewrite personal fitness goals. From the day you walk into our gym you will be met by a group of instructors who are results-driven fitness motivators dedicated to understanding your personal health objectives.
We specialize in small group workouts led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best, regardless of your current fitness level. If you are looking for a workout that will push your limits and give you that body you have always dreamed we would love to hear from you.
