Life and Work with Elaya Walker

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elaya Walker.

Elaya, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Where I’m at today was an evolution from modeling to YouTube to starting my own businesses, I’ve always enjoyed assisting entrepreneurs and professionals alike in building systems to manage their brands effectively for brand awareness and impact. Whether it be helping them create strategies to reach their creative goals, or developing a platform/event for them to share their stories or gifts with others, connecting them to resources that will take their ideas to the next level or just being in attendance, I am interested in helping creative people grow and reach success in their crafts.

Since launching CreativeFreedomCo, we’ve sponsored events for CapoBellaInc and given away over 50 Journal and provided over $10k worth of services to businesses in need. We are now focused on growing our team and network.

In my personal brand, I’ve become more intentional in the way to uplift my peers and continue to encourage them to be self-reflective and deliberate in creating a path for themselves through writing and journaling.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I wouldn’t say that the road has been smooth but It could have been worse. Looking back, I’m grateful for any and all hiccups along the way. In those moments, I may have felt differently but there were lessons I needed to learn. I use to struggle with not thinking that I’m doing enough to create the life that I wanted which fueled my anxiety around success but now I see that I am doing the work. You have to be patient with yourself. I had to realize that all of my ventures and ambitious goals weren’t going to happen overnight or in the near future. The bigger the goal, the more experiences I may need to be able to handle what life has for me at the stage in my life. I’ve come to realize that you are exactly where you need to be. Each day is an opportunity to bring that dream into reality. Tackle that day and one day at a time the paths will be made known and you will be where you need to be.

Homelessness didn’t stop me from moving forward. Lack of funds only pushed me to show others that impact doesn’t take money. I continued to touch lives by being myself and it showed. I would encourage people to lead with their purpose even when it isn’t giving the results you want. Keep at it.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with your business – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Well, I’m a Freedom Strategist. It’s a way of saying that I help others through personal and business shifts to help them create their individual Freedom. I consult and provide advice for people who are experiencing blocks on how to reach their next level. I’m proud of everyone I come in contact with because we are all experiencing the journey of life in different ways and I support each person by showing them they have the power to take ownership of that experience to create what an ideal life is to them. I truly believe that there’s enough success to go around and have to problem extending my personal connections to push others forward. I truly am a personal cheerleader. I’m here to keep you seeing your inner light. Reminding you of your worth when things are hard and celebrating your wins with you.

I also exclusively model for projects, brands, and businesses of purpose. I enjoy being a part of projects that expands thought, uplifts others, and pushes boundaries of the artist and myself alike.
