After spending 10 years in the United States Air Force, and 10 years in Human Resources in the Automotive Industry, I decided to provide Risk Mitigation Services to help provide background check technology and decision-making information to employers and people. IPROVEIT.COMs purpose is to help Companies affirm the truth about applicants. Our service is about, more than profit, it drives how IPROVEIT.COM behaves. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a business is no cake walk. There are templates and road maps Entrepreneurs to follow, but there is no cookie cutter for the many issues you will face in running a business. Everyone has to navigate their way through the waters of business. My advice is to ensure that you have a “Successful” mentor to help you navigate and to bounce ideas against.
