Today we’d like to introduce you to Kanesha Little.
Kanesha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I have always worn BOMB lashes! Not just the big ones, but really nice fluffy and wispy lashes. Girls started picking up on it and would always ask me where did I get my lashes from and I would be like me! My son’s 1st birthday was coming up and I knew I wanted him to have a nice big first birthday and plus I wanted to take him out of town to a beach. I was already getting inquires about my lashes, so I was like let me go make some extra money. I had some extra lashes at the time (a girl can never have too many lashes), and I started selling them. Now we offer natural lashes to 30mm lashes. I also received my Certification for Lash Technician the same year I started my company. From day one, we have always made our luxurious lashes from 100% Siberian Mink. All of our lashes and fur products are CRUELTY-FREE and handmade to ensure quality and durability. Within the last two years our company has expanded from just selling lashes. We now offer Lash Care, Luxe Fur Slides, Satin Headwear, Cute Pajama Onesies, Fine Jewelry and Mini Bags.
Has it been a smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road! When I first started my company in 2017, I was a new mom, working two jobs and also trying to find my career path. I would work one job from 7 am-3 pm and the next from 4 pm-8 pm. Some days I would post consistently some days I wouldn’t post at all on any of our social media platforms. Sometimes I wouldn’t even log in because at that time I knew had so much potential but I wasn’t staying focus.. At one point, I had went months without posting. When I would sell out, I was not restocking my products to keep business flowing like I was supposed to. I just wasn’t persistent at that time.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Pure Minks & Company story. Tell us more about the business.
Pure Minks & Company is A swanky, stylish brand established in 2017. We offer High-quality products at affordable prices. We specialize in 3D Siberian Mink Lashes & Luxurious Fur Slide. We are known for the most bomb, cute, fun mink lashes & accessories. If you want the fluffiest natural-30mm lashes, plushest fur slides, the most stylish satin headwear and comfy pajama onesies you ever had!! My most proud moment was recently, we did our first ever pop up shop! I had set a goal and exceeded tremendously! I am so thankful for that. We set apart from the crowd because We always deliver UNMATCHED Customer Service. We don’t just make sure we fulfill our customer’s orders correctly. We check in during the order process, keep them updated with shipping and deliver in a timely manner. We want to make sure our customers love our products, so we stick with them through the whole ordering process.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
By the grace of God, my company is blossoming now, so it will be in full bloom and stay blooming as long as I stay focus and consistent. I have A few things that I’m working on that will definitely take my company to the next level. We will just keep striving for greatness and crushing our goals.
