Today we’d like to introduce you to Matthew Simon Santana Jr.
Matthew let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Gary, Indiana, is where I was born. Severely premature at 1 pound and 3 ounces. By the grace of God, I survived. Survival gave me a purpose in life from the very beginning. I knew that I had a mission to fulfill on Earth, and I learned early to recognize my talents and gifts. Being HELPFUL and HOPEFUL were my callings that and I answered early.
At an early age, I developed a strong passion for the arts. Especially literature! I became passionate about reading as many books as I could and found enjoyment in connecting with characters, plots, and different styles of narratives. By high-school, I found my first job at the local library, the perfect environment to relish in my favorite past-time. As I grew into an adult, my hobby turned a passion for storytelling took a life of its own. I began to develop and write my own series of stories, novels, plays and other creative projects. Currently, I have found personal success in producing my stories, in addition, paved the way for my other talents to make the room as a dedicated entrepreneur and business owner.
I am a Master of all Trades.
Timeless Vision Productions started out as a hobby and friends were amazed by the work they started asking for pricing. It took off from there. Seven years later, I have networked and worked with several clients in other states, so I do get to travel a lot. So, for all your business solutions and Marketing and Advertising needs, I can get the job done. Infinite Power Project started out as a book club and then it blossomed into a support group for women that have been through domestic violence and sexual abuse. Infinite Power Project knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but most importantly, through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2018, our Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Breaking the Silence Collection. In January 2020 the Evolution of a Queen: A Woman of Color was released. As Infinite Power Project grew over the years, we now support men and children as well. We offer children an opportunity to mentor and shadow other entrepreneurs. We also want to bring back parent and child connections and bonds by offer parent and child the same program to learn, such as writing, web design, photography and more.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With Timeless Vision Production, it was a smooth ride because everyone needs advertising and some sort of marketing to get their business to the public. So, I haven’t had any trouble with that.
Infinite Power Project on the other hand, had a few setbacks with gaining women’s trust as a man to open up and heal from the abuse caused by another man. By I didn’t give up, I did everything to help and as more women pushed back and didn’t want to trust me, I thought I failed until one woman gave it her all and let me help her as much as I could. I worked with her and even wrote about her and her story in my book released January of this year, title Evolution of a Queen: A Women of Color.
What’s new with Infinite Power Project? We have a New book coming out in October titled “Rebirth of a Woman: Discover Unspoken Secrets”. It is a collaboration of stories coming from women that have been hurt and now that they are healed, they want to spread the message.

Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Emotional Healing, Building Self-Esteem, Healing Affirmations, Teen Suicide Prevention and More.

Infinite Power Project works to end abuse in the community against women. It strives to support and empower all survivors through education and advocacy. It works to build men back up and help them with issues. Learning tips to create healthier emotional habits. Infinite Power Project wants to lead children to success and a bright future with the Future King and Future Queen Program with strong and enduring professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. We want all children to achieve success in life. We want all the young future Kings and Queens to realize their potential and build their futures. We nurture children and strengthen communities. And we couldn’t do any of it without you.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
If you find your purpose in life and you follow your dreams and bring them to life and have accomplished things on your checklist, you are a success. I consider reaching both small and large milestones towards a goal as a success. I view success as a process where challenges encourage me to look at things from different perspectives and to find creative solutions to problems. Facing those challenges helps me progress personally at the same time that I hopefully make progress toward company objectives. I can leave work feeling successful as long as I have made some progress toward solving a problem or reaching a goal, even if I have not reached every personal goal at the end of the day. As a leader, I also want my team to feel capable of achieving their goals as well as the company’s objectives.
