Today we’d like to introduce you to Andy Fang.
Andy, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Started my first business as flower shop in Panarama City, CA from 1983-1985, moved to Jacksonville, FL. to open a Chinese fast food Restaurant in the Mall. Came to Atlanta in 1988 and own the restaurant inside the Lenox Square since then started my chain restaurant called Great Panda inside the Kroger supermarket and major Malls. I built Pearl Lian at Johns Creek in Dec 2005 and manage myself till now.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Never smooth to run Restaurant.
Handling people is very tough.

Quality food, good service and beautiful decor.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Will have my son take over my business.
