Today we’d like to introduce you to Alieshia Nunnally.
Alieshia, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As a young girl I was raised as a military brat, growing up traveling and moving was something I saw as normal. It’s been a way to meet new people and learn about cultures around the world. I have always been passionate about educating and sharing my experiences with the world. When I went to college, I studied abroad and wondered how many other people may not know about so I created a blog to share my studied abroad experience in college I studied abroad in Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. After I graduated college, I started an Instagram called AlieshiasAdventures, where I started to build my travel brand. Three years later, I created another blog called AlieshiasAdventures.com, where I share my experience as a millennial, traveling, post-grad life and relocating to new cities.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road with transitioning from being a brand to turning it to a business. It’s hard because you are starting from scratch. Learning how to market, create content and get sales. Some of the personal struggles I have had is with positioning myself to learn how to sale.

AlieshiasAdventures is a millennial lifestyle brand. We focus on helping millennials transition into adulthood. I have a podcast called Millennial Thoughts, where we discuss different topics such as money, life after grad and traveling. We specialize in millennial lifestyle and traveling. I am most proud about creating a support system for millennials because adulting is really hard. What set’s us apart is actually giving millennials a voice to be heard and striving to live our best adult lives. If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, I would of did more research about the business of being a content creator. There is a lot of things you just learn while doing the work that you may not of known before.
