Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesikah Harrison-Porter.
Jesikah, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Jesikah (pron. Jessica). I was born and raised in Charleston, SC (I am a geechie girl) Wadmalaw Island, SC, to be exact. I’ve been in Atlanta, GA for the past 13 years. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 12 years. I am the mom of three very opinionated children and one 4-legged fur baby. I’m a daughter, wife, mother, and friend.
After being in law enforcement for ten years and then going into social work for the past five years, my new venture in life has to lead me to real estate. I love the good, the bad, and the ugly as it relates to real estate. Homeownership is a commitment, like marriage, it is not to be entered into lightly. What I love most about my career is helping first-time homebuyers. I have a passion for seeing people achieve goals that they never thought they would accomplish. My objective is to turn houses into homes, one family, at a time. When you’re ready to find that perfect home, make sure you have a realtor by your side who will have your best interest at heart. Anything worth having is worth fighting for. The road has not been easy, but it’s because of this that I appreciate it that much more. My job as a REALTOR ® is to advocate for my clients. I am here to fight on their behalf. This isn’t always pretty, but it’s part of the job. My passion for real estate causes me to have early mornings and late nights. I’m here to do whatever it takes to make sure my clients get what they want and deserve.
