Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Garcia.
Hi Brittany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial way of thinking when it comes to my creativity. I also always knew I wanted to own my own business and be different. I had been asked multiple times to help with party planning, set up and designs and I would take it all on because it excited me! I would love creating and seeing the final results with the beautiful smiles and warm energies around enjoying it.
Through the years, I’ve been blessed to experience such wonderful experiences and also be able to capture them! I would always be the one to take pictures of everyone and everything during these parties that one day a great friend of mine gave me my first camera to make it real- a Canon t5 Rebel. I was ecstatic. I started taking on true photography by doing photoshoots of friends and family and attending the Atlanta School of Photography regularly. I’m so passionate about what I do and the lives that I am able to touch through photography. I thank God for the path I have been blessed to take. I am now LLC’d and happily provide photography services to the Atlanta area.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Any business in the making can easily have struggles. For me, it was really getting the word out there. I provided free photoshoots for over two years to build my portfolio, work on my craft and try to gain exposure. It takes sacrifice, dedication and consistency.

I provide high-quality photos, including family, newborn, lifestyle and wedding, with a mission behind me. If you know my story, you understand the passion that comes with my craft. I work to provide captured moments for people to be able to look at forever. I am blessed enough to have the ability to provide the experience of emotion through personal and precious photographed memories, what a gift. I love being able to give back to my community and capture major life events, sweet candid moments and also powerful movements our city has witnessed in this last year.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t believe in luck. You create your own reality, and for what you don’t create, you control through your reactions!
