Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassieandre Jones.
Cassieandre, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Pink Caviar started as a joke between my accountant and me in the summer of 2017. My accountant noticed I was spending a lot of money on beauty treatments, so she suggested that I cut back and monitor my spending. I really couldn’t see myself cutting back because getting pampered and fine dining is my favorite things to do. I asked her about investing in a spa, and she laughed it off because I have no experience in the beauty industry. I invested without her knowing, and the rest is history. I’ve turned this one investment into three other businesses. I’m opening my second Pink Caviar location, we’re franchising, and we have a beauty school called Pink Caviar University, where we teach future entrepreneurs beauty trade services.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
A smooth road. I think not. I’m not sure where this make-believe facade that being a business owner is lavishly fun comes from, but you trade in a 40-hour workweek for a twenty-four-seven position. I’m playing seven roles in one. I’m the owner, creative director, social media manager, marketer, receptionist, bill payer, rule enforcer, human resource, etc. You name it, and I’m playing that position when needed.

Pink Caviar is an affordable luxury experience for self-care. We offer a variety of beauty services from facials, lashes, brows, etc.
What’s next?
I’m looking forward to selling a lot of franchises. I want to see Pink Caviar locations all over the world. I plan on creating products that solve issues like problematic skin, self-care, etc.
