Rising Stars: Meet Justin Kase

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Kase.

Hi Justin, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
His introduction to the entertainment industry came early for Justin Kase. At the age of 16, with the likes of Chucky Brown, Lenny Wilkens, Dikembe Mutombo, and Steve Smith – Justin was the ball boy for the Atlanta Hawks. Knowing he wanted to pursue a career in entertainment, the road to follow wasn’t. With the help of his mentors, Ryan Cameron & Greg Street, Justin found his calling and was on the path to maturing professionally. Justin took the move to Greenville South Carolina for HOT 98.1FM where he was an on air personality, production/imaging assistant as well as the promotions assistant. Even today Justin still continues to have a large fan base in South Carolina. After his run at HOT 98.1 FM, Justin and Humble Gee created Zaytoven Radio, which had a successful 2 year run that hit Sirius radio. Zaytoven is known for the beats that are behind ” Usher- Papers”, “Gucci Mane- So Icey”, and Gucci Mane Feat Oj Da Juiceman- Make The Trap Say Ay”. He parting ways after 2 years to fulfill his own ambitions. He still is active with Zaytoven and Roland from Digital Dope Radio

After retiring from 15 years of being on and off the radio, Justin’s friend, Brandon from Peakes Mobile Detail Mobile Car Wash, encouraged him to go full time with his Photography business. Justin was part of a Professional Sports Photographers page on Facebook trying to work his way up into sports, and sent a message to John Glaser from John Glaser Photography. After mentoring from John Glaser based in Houston, he is very happy that he did. Thank you to Marlon, and Jeremy as well! Justin Kase currently does Photography for Tray Chaney, International Nova, Nappy Roots rap group, many others and signed with Shutterstock Editorial.

Justin is available for voice over production, live concert photography, shooting commercials for businesses, rad carpet events, engagements, baby pictures, graduation, BTS for music videos, holiday pictures, headshots, and whatever else you need!!!

Shout out to Latasha Givens and everybody else who apart of my team!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
When it comes to obstacles, I would say my biggest one is my adrenal gland fatigue. I never have any energy the past 3 years and in treatment for it now to correct it. Some days, I wake up and just want to sleep the day away but I push myself. Hopefully, by the beginning of the year, I will start to feel more energized with these treatments that I am currently doing. When it comes to this industry, there is always ups and downs but the key is not to give up.. I am the type of person who can work every job in the industry and come back with a new role and still shine! Manifestation is my best friend though!
