Meet GM

Today we’d like to introduce you to GM.

Hi GM, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started making music at the age of eleven…I was in two music groups one which I’m still in called “school clothes” the other one is something we used to joke around with when I first started rapping with my sister and best friend. I’m currently on my 6th project and I’m Working on my seventh but it is untitled.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a very bumpy road I’ve gone through everything from disloyalty envy even times where I met with industry excess and got scammed. Took a lot for me to actually get through these obstacles a lot of them I thought I was gonna quit music but here I am today still pushing and have a hit record titled “Jinglin” which is spreading very fast!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I rap but I’m not a rapper I’m an artist a poet. I know how to relay everything I’m feeling into my music and i think that’s what separates me from the rest. I’m mostly known for my hooks which are very catchy, not to mention my lyrics. I can also write r&b so that is why I would put myself in a bubble and say I just rap.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I love the food but I HATE THE TRAFFIC.
