Today we’d like to introduce you to Rodderick Fedd, Sr.
Rodderick, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Growth Development Systems started as an idea that was bounced around with a classmate and I. The plan was to open a shop that does computer repair, but also offers serious training that could help others break into the IT field. There was an overwhelming urge for me to help people understand that anything could be learned by practice and perfected. The goal initially was to first prove this theory to my peers by getting into the field myself. This happened quite rapidly, because my passion was driving me into my purpose. I’ve obtain several certifications that allowed me obtain a career in the IT field as well as become a Technical Trainer. Growth Development Systems has been created through the experiences that I have gained from that initial idea. We now are operating in Atlanta and in the Macon-Bibb area. The office location in Macon-Bibb area is at 1000 Martha Street Warner Robins, Ga 31093. We offer technology training, business services, and computer repair. There are also free training classes that are available. Getting here definitely took some time, but I was able to stay focused on the vision and watch the birth of a really great company.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Anything worth having is worth fighting for! There has definitely been a few bumps on this path, but it has made us stronger. I am a firm believer that every moment is perfect for our growth. There are several experiences that made it seem like this may not be the business that we asked for, but it turned out to be the best opportunity I have had thus far. The challenge of being relevant in such a competitive market has presented itself, but we are allowing our ability to being comfortable in an uncomfortable environment to drive results.

Growth Development Systems is a computer repair, technology training, and business services firm. We use each of these attributes to add specialty in training individuals while giving experience in the field. We specialize in transforming a regular person into a technological guru. These individuals are given inspiration, information, and education. We are proud to have students who had no prior experience and are now working in the IT field. The advantage of giving someone something they didn’t have is priceless. We offer free classes to the community to give opportunity to those that may not be financially able to afford the courses. Here at Growth Development Systems we believe that education should not be accessible based on your financial ability. This is what allows us to be different than our competition. We will make sure that you learn no matter what service you decide to use at Growth Development Systems.

Growth Development Systems has a lot of supporters, faithful clients, cheerleaders and advocates. I would like to extend the sincerest thanks and love to you all.
